IMD Solicitors LLP is an established and still growing practice, offering legal services in a range of commercial matters covering not only international trade with the United Kingdom but also compliance matters within England and Wales, and any regulatory disputes including international shipping matters. They prepare a wide variety of company documentation including contracts ranging from employment to trade and offer a dispute resolution service which includes commercial debt recovery within England and Wales.

They have a number of specialists who speak Polish, Romanian and Russian and have an established presence and clients in Poland and Romania (as well as the UK of course). Currently IMD is also establishing a presence in Moscow and Belarus as part of their continuing growth and ambition to be a truly international law firm.

Belarus matters are serviced by Olexander Kyrychenko who is educated and qualified in the UK. Having obtained a Master of Laws LLM from University College he has taken everything that academia had to offer prior to being involved in practice. Both, Master of Laws LLM and the LLB had a European and Commercial/Competition Law slant. Olexander has been working in a legal profession for almost six years now and have dealt with a wide variety of matters, and has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation.

Olexander speaks Russian fluently having been born in Ukraine as such he would be dealing (or at the very least supervising) any queries coming out of Belarus/Russia/Ukraine, or any queries in relation to these nations.
